LMS Integration Guide
Step 1:
Set up your Clever account, please refer to this guide.
Set up your ClassLink account, please refer to this guide.
- Once the integration has been launched, your SIS data will be available to manage in the Fullmind LMS. Once the data is synced to the LMS, you must either merge or import the users in order to be able to assign them to a course and activate their SSO. Follow the steps below to manage your data:
Step 2:
If you have existing users and would like to keep the historical data by merging your users.
- Login using your School Admin account to https://lms.fullmindlearning.com/login
- Go to the Integrations tab on the left side navigation menu
- Click on the Merge Users tab.
4. Select a user on the LMS users table to the left and match them with their account on the Integration users table to the right. Then scroll to the bottom and click the Merge button
- You can use the filters to drill down your search or use our 'Select Role Type' dropdown to flip between teachers and students.
If you have new users to create in the LMS:
- Login using your School Admin account to https://lms.fullmindlearning.com/login
- Go to the Integrations tab on the left side navigation menu
- Click on Import Users
4. Select the users you would like to create as new in Fullmind.
- You can use the filters to drill down your search or use our 'Select Role Type' dropdown to flip between teachers and students.
- You can use the View Selections button to preview your selected users.
5. Once you have selected the students you would like to create in the LMS, click the Create Users button and click Confirm.
Step 3:
You can view your newly synced users in the Users tab.
- A checkmark in the Integration column indicates the user is syncing with the integration.
- Once a user is integrated and appears in the Users tab, they can be enrolled into a course and access Fullmind through SSO.
Now you are ready to enroll your students into Fullmind courses.
