How to Log in and Join a Class Session
To access your virtual classroom session, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in at https://lms.fullmindlearning.com/login, your upcoming class will be displayed to the right of your Calendar (located within your Dashboard).
- The 'Upload Materials and Waiting Room' button will be available for you to select prior to the session’s start time.
- At any time before a class, Educators are able to add materials by dragging and dropping files onto the upload area of the 'too early' screen. Once the timer reaches zero on this page, the class will begin.

- Once your class session is scheduled to start, the "Upload Materials and Waiting Room" button will switch to "Join Class". Click this button to begin your class session.
You do not need to invite the student(s), other users can only join the session once you have launched it.
How to enable your microphone in the class session:
To enable your microphone, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to Fullmind’s Learning Management System at https://new.Fullmindlms.com/login.
- Click on Join Class to launch your desired session.
- Note: For educators who joined the virtual classroom early, you will automatically be admitted upon the session’s start time.
- Click on Microphone when asked ‘How would you like to join the audio?’ and allow the site to have permissions to use your microphone.
- Verify that you can hear your audio during the private echo test.
*You will see a confirmation that the system is "Establishing audio connection" once selected.
How to enable your Camera?
- To enable your camera, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to Fullmind’s Learning Management System at https://new.Fullmindlms.com/login.
- Click on Join Class to launch your desired session.
- Click on the webcam option located at the bottom center of your screen.
Allow the site to have permissions to use your camera.
If you are not able to see yourself in the Webcam Settings, select another camera.
Note: Educators are expected to host sessions in a distraction-free and professional environment to support student focus and participation. Please consider selecting a Virtual Background within the Webcam Settings.
New Feature: School staff may join during a live session
We have now given school staff the ability to join in on live class sessions! They may introduce themselves and simply wish to observe, or they may wish to discuss the student, the curriculum, work assignments, etc. Feel free to greet them and inquire as to the nature of their visit!
