How to Edit a Student's Profile
If a currently enrolled student becomes classified as a student with special needs, the School Administrator will need to update the student’s profile in the LMS accordingly.
- We ask that schools forward documents as soon as possible in order to meet the needs of the student and to implement the student’s IEP/504 Plan with fidelity.
- If the document is not yet created for the student that is newly classified, please notify the Academics department via email:
- Log into https://lms.fullmindlearning.com/login.
- Click “Users” on the left-hand navigation panel, this will take you to the User Management section.
- Search for your student by either clicking on our "Search by name" or “Search by email” field and typing in their information.
- Once you have located the student you wish to edit their profile, click on the student's name or click “More options” under the Actions column, then click on "Edit Profile".
- Update the student profile information.
- NOTE: To update the student's system grade level, click on the grade drop down box and select the new grade.
Click "Save Information" to process the changes.
