How to Assign a Presenter (Allow Student to Share screen)
As a moderator, you can assign a viewer the role of a Presenter to allow them to control the presentation area. A presenter can share their screen, upload slides, annotate the current slide with the whiteboard controls, enable/disable multi-user whiteboard, and start a poll. Once the presenter has finished their presentation, you can easily take back presenter status to regain control of the presentation area. There can only be one presenter at a time.
- Go to the Users list on the left side of your session window.
- Click on the name of the user you would like to assign as a presenter.
- In the drop-down menu, select Make Presenter.
How do I Take Back Presenter status?
- Click on your name in the Users List or the blue + icon at the bottom of your session window.
- In the drop-down menu, select Take Presenter Role.
