How to Use Fullmind Support Chat
Our new Fullmind Support chat feature now allows you to accurately search for helpful resources within our library of help articles, and even connect with a live support agent! You may chat with a live agent during regular business hours (8AM–6PM Mon-Fri ET) by clicking on, or typing in “Talk to a Human” at any point during the chat.
Our Fullmind Support chat agents are prepared to serve anyone! Including students, parents, Fullmind educators, or any of our school staff partners!
- To get started, click on the
icon at the bottom right of the screen on any page within the Fullmind Support site at https://fullmind.zendesk.com/hc, this page included!
- You will be presented with a selection of options to choose from, either click one of the option buttons below, or type in your question to find a helpful article regarding your query.
- At any time during the chat, you may type in “start over” to bring up the initial options, or “talk to a human” to connect with a live Fullmind agent.
- Agents will usually respond within 15 minutes during regular business hours.
- If you request to talk to a human outside regular business hours (8AM-6PM Mon-Fri ET), you will receive an email using the address submitted within the form when an agent is available to follow up on your query.
- While chatting with a live support agent, you may click the 📎 icon to the left of the text field to upload a file (picture, text, PDF, and most Microsoft Office type files supported).
