How to Remove an Entire Course Assignment
We understand that circumstances can change and there may be reasons why you might need to withdraw from an assignment that you have previously accepted. To initiate the removal process, follow the steps outlined on our Request to Remove an Entire Assignment form before submitting. If you’d like to be removed from a full-time Virtual Staffing position, please email virtualstaffing@fullmind.com with the course and school information so that our team can get to the request as soon as possible.
As a reminder, we ask educators to give us a notice of at least 3 business days. This allows the staffing team to get the assignment up and out to other educators to try to restaff the assignment before your last session with the assignment. If you need to remove an assignment immediately, please submit Fullmind Coverage for all sessions occurring in the next 24 hours. Then email staffing@fullmindlearning.com to report the emergency with the student name(s), subject, school, and work that was prepared for the upcoming session(s). This allows instruction to continue without interruption while Fullmind finds a permanent replacement for the remainder of the course.
