Complete Your LMS Profile and Turn on Alerts
Click your name at the top right of the screen in the Fullmind LMS to access your profile, and please fill out all empty fields.
- Most importantly, please enter your phone number if it is missing! We will soon be implementing text alerts for newly available assignments, and for upcoming class sessions. Please follow the below steps to set up your text alert preferences:
- Click on the Alerts tab in your Profile.
- Toggle the Off/On button for the alerts you would like to receive through text.
- (Only US phone numbers are currently supported by our texting service).

- In the User Details section, add languages you are proficient in, and select your proficiency in the following drop-down window. This data is used by the Staffing team to find educators for assignments that require proficiency in other languages.
- You can also update your password at the bottom right of the User Details page.
- If you need your name or email address changed, please reach out to customer support, or request to speak to an agent in our support chat, we can change these for you!
