Accessing the Course Overview Page
To navigate to the Course Overview page:
- Log in at lms.fullmindlearning.com using your educator credentials.
- From the left navigation, click Courses.
- Locate the relevant course and click its Course ID.
- You will land on the Overview tab by default.
Course Stats
The Course Stats bar at the top of the Overview gives you a quick snapshot of course health. There are four key metrics:
Β
| Sessions Completed | Shows how many sessions have been held out of the total scheduled. Example: 5 of 14 total. |
| Student Attendance | The percentage of sessions the student has attended. Low attendance may trigger action items or require follow-up with the TOR. |
| Exit Ticket Completion | The percentage of exit tickets that have been published and completed. Aim for 100% by completing an exit ticket each session. |
| Avg Exit Ticket Score | The student's average score across all scored exit tickets. This gives a quick indicator of student mastery. |
|
π‘ Tip Click the arrow icon next to any stat to drill into the full details for that metric. |

Teacher of Record (TOR)
The Teacher of Record (TOR) section appears below Course Information and displays the TOR(s) assigned to this course, along with their Course Content Support Level.
Β
Course Content Support Levels
The support level defines how instructional responsibilities are shared between you and the TOR:
| TOR Directed | The TOR provides all instructional materials and student work. Your role is to deliver the content, support student understanding, and facilitate progress. |
| Educator Led | You take the lead on instructional planning. You are responsible for preparing materials, pacing instruction, and driving the learning experience. |
| Collaborative | You and the TOR share responsibility for instructional planning and materials. Regular communication is especially important in this model. |
To contact all TORs assigned to this course at once, click the Message All TORs button in the top-right corner of the TOR section. You can also send an individual message by clicking a TOR's name.
Β
|
β οΈ Reminder You are required to contact the TOR within 24 hours of being assigned to a course. Use the Message All TORs button to introduce yourself and confirm instructional priorities, pacing, and materials. |
Getting Set Up
After being assigned to a course, the Getting Set Up section provides step-by-step guidance to prepare for your first session. Key steps include:
- Reach Out to the TORs β Contact the TOR(s) within 24 hours of assignment to confirm priorities and materials. If you do not hear back before the first session, come prepared with an assessment activity to gauge the student's understanding while you await alignment.
Use the Send message to TORs link within this section to initiate contact directly.
Course Guidelines
The Course Guidelines section outlines the instructional expectations you are responsible for throughout the course. Each guideline includes a brief description and links to additional resources.
Β
| Maintain TOR Communication | Stay in regular contact with TOR(s) to ensure alignment. Keep them updated on student attendance, engagement, and work completion. |
| Exit Tickets | Publish an exit ticket for every session to assess mastery of the session objective. Reserve time at the end of each session for the student to complete it. Score exit tickets promptly to provide timely feedback. Refer to the Exit Tickets tab to manage this. |
| Mini Lessons | If a student does not join the session, stay on the call. With the last 20 minutes of the session window, deliver an abbreviated lesson. This is required for educator compensation and ensures instruction is always provided. Always have a mini-lesson ready in advance. |
| Gradebook | Gradebooks communicate student performance to the school and inform the student's final grade in the district's system. Submit your gradebook by the stated deadline or by the last day you work with the student, whichever comes first. |
|
π‘ Tip Each Course Guideline includes a helpful link to an in-depth resource article. Look for the arrow link at the end of each section to access more detailed guidance. |
