How to Request an Assignment and What Happens After
The process of requesting an available assignment is now easier than ever with our new Assignment Portal located in the LMS!
Additionally, each assignment will have the necessary information you need to help you select the assignments that best suit your expertise and schedule. Our goal is to support your work and ensure that you have easy access to the assignments that can showcase your skills on delivering the best educational experience to students. Each assignment on the Assignment Portal will be listed with the following:
- Course ID
- Course Name
- Subject
- Assignment Type
- Number of Students
- Overall Student Availability or Group Schedule
- Time Zone
- Offered Fee
- The offered fee is prorated based on the class duration and reflects both teaching and planning time.
- Assignment Start and End Date
- Grade Level
1. Log into your Fullmind LMS account and click on the new "Assignment Portal" tab in the left navigation menu.
2. A list of assignment cards will appear based on your specific certifications.
3. Click on “Request Assignment”.
4. Enter your availability as well as your time zone if this is an 1:1 assignment or confirm that you are available during the group schedule, additionally enter in your requested pay rate and click “Request” when finished.
5. An agreement will pop up to review, click "I Agree" if you accept to submit the request.
6. After you submit your request, a blue notification will pop-up letting you know that the request has been submitted. You will also receive a confirmation email.
- You will receive an email confirming that you signed up for an assignment.
- You will receive an email indicating if you have been staffed on the assignment within 24-48 business hours.
- If you are staffed on the assignment, you will receive an additional email with program details.
- Note: We staff by who signs up first along with the availability provided that best fits the student's schedule as well as any additional requirements.
- We allow educators to sign up even after another educator requested it first to allow for us to continue the staffing process if the availability that the 1st educator provides does not fit the student's schedule. In most cases, students have 2-5 other classes with Fullmind so we must prioritize the availability that is most suitable for the student's schedule.
- The amount of assignments increase as schools across the US start their academic year (Late August/early September) so we encourage you to keep checking the Assignment Portal as they come in.
Can you please let me know if I was accepted onto the request I sent in? Can you tell me why I was not accepted onto X Assignment? Why do you accept others to sign up also?
