When you cancel a course, all associated class sessions are automatically canceled as well. This action may help free up schedules or address organizational changes, but it also has potential drawbacks, such as disrupting planned activities or causing confusion for educators and students.

Benefit: Cancelling a course helps streamline schedules and remove unnecessary or outdated sessions.
Disadvantage: It may create gaps in learning or teaching schedules and require additional effort to reschedule if done by mistake.

How to Cancel a Course:
- Log into https://lms.fullmindlearning.com.
- Click “Users” on the left-hand navigation panel, this will take you to the User Management page.
- Search for your student's name or email in the respective search field, and click on their name below.
- Click on the "Courses" tab on the upper menu bar, then click on the “…” under the actions column to the far right in the Courses view. Click “Cancel Course” in the pop-up window, select a "Reason for Cancellation" and click “Yes, Cancel Course” to complete the process.
