Manage Course Gradebooks
View a list of Courses and manage Gradebooks — all in one place! These new tools will help you and your Fullmind educators track student academic performance using our new Gradebook tool.
The district can decide if our gradebooks are used to determine the student's final grade, or if the grade is to be factored into the student's final grade at the school by the Teacher of Record. Our educators are prepared to accommodate your grading needs!
Gradebooks are available for students enrolled in general, medical, and homebound suspension services. They are also available for Credit Recovery, and whole class virtual instructions services. Our gradebooks include scores for Formative (exit tickets, class work, class discussion, group work) and Summative (final projects, unit or final Assessments, final presentations) assessments.
Exit ticket questions are assigned to the student for each class session, and these scores are factored into the Formative Assessment grade for each grading term. See the How to View and Export Exit Ticket Data article for instructions on how to find your student's exit ticket scores.
Please ensure that your account's academic grading terms are set within the Academic Terms section of the LMS according to the How to Set Up Academic School Years and Term Dates article. If these academic term dates are not set, the Fullmind LMS will not set gradebooks for your students, and will not notify our educators to submit grades. Our educators will submit grades within 10 days of each academic term date's end.
