Viewing Mini Lessons
All Fullmind sessions are recorded in order for students to review past lessons and for our internal teams to ensure quality control. Whenever a student is absent, the educator will wait for them until there is 20-minutes of class time left, and they will perform a mini-lesson for the student to review on their own time.
What does a class session highlighted in yellow on the calendar indicate?

- To catch up, click on the yellow-highlighted class session and select "View Recording" to watch a recording of the mini lesson provided by your educator. Select "Exit Ticket" to access and submit your Exit Ticket answers.
*Kindly be aware that Mini Lessons take place during the final 20-15 minutes of the session. You might need to fast forward the recording to access the mini lesson segment.

Text alerts can be turned on for any guardian contact listed in the student's profile. We offer texts to alert the user of impending class start times, alerts for if the student is late, and alerts for if the student missed the class session. If the contact's phone number is incorrect, or if you would like to add another phone number to receive these alerts, please email the name, number, and email address of the person you would like to add as an additional contact to customersupport@fullmindlearning.com.
To turn on these text alerts, follow these instructions.
- Log in to your account at https://lms.fullmindlearning.com.
- Click your name at the top right of the page, then click "My Profile".
- Click the "Contacts" tab, and click the corresponding switches to the on position related to each contact and what type of texts you would like them to receive.
The three different alert types are as follows.

- Late Session Text: Receive a text alert 3 minutes after the session has started, and the student has not joined.
- Missed Session Text: Receive a text alert after the scheduled session has ended, and the student was not in attendance.
How To Cancel and/or Reschedule Class Sessions
To keep learning on track, please have a parent, guardian, or school representative notify Fullmind via email at least 24 hours before a scheduled 1:1 session if a student is unable to attend..
- To cancel a 1:1 class session please send an email to customersupport@fullmindlearning.com containing the date, time, and subject of the class session you wish to cancel between the business hours of 7:00 am EDT and 6:00 pm EDT Monday - Friday. In this email please include as many days and times the student is available to reschedule the class session so we can work with the educator on setting up a rescheduled class as soon as possible.
- If a class cancellation email is received with less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class session we will not be able to cancel that class session. The educator will leave a 15 minute mini lesson that the student can review at a later date and time by viewing the video recording of the class session that was missed.
- Students are responsible for all material covered during the mini-lesson and any assignments given during the missed session.
If a student needs to reschedule session times for a previously canceled class session, a parent, guardian, or school must let Fullmind know via e-mail at customersupport@fullmindlearning.com or you can Chat with us Live.
*When reaching out to Fullmind, please have a few days and times available for rescheduling.
*Please note that group classes may only be canceled or rescheduled by a school administrator.

Users Experiencing Frequent Disconnections from the Classroom:
To minimize disconnections from the classroom, students can take the following steps:
Limit Open Websites: Reduce the number of open websites to only those essential for your class session. Having numerous tabs open can lead to your computer/browser timing-out of inactive pages, potentially leading to disconnections from the classroom.
Stay Active: Periodically interact with the classroom tab every few minutes to signal to your computer/browser that you're actively engaged with the classroom. This will help prevent automatic disconnections if you are waiting for students to join.
Pop Out Classroom Tab: Consider "popping out" the classroom tab into its own separate window and keep it visible at all times on your screen. This ensures continuous visibility and minimizes the likelihood of disconnections.
Check Antivirus Software: Some antivirus software includes real-time monitoring features that might mistakenly close your browser's connection to the classroom. If you suspect this is the case, try disabling any real-time monitoring features while using the classroom.
Additional Notes:
NOTE: If you have tried refreshing your browser, updating your browser, resetting the browser settings to default, and cleared cookies, cache, & history you may want to try another web browser to see if that can solve your issue. Supported web browsers can be found above.
NOTE: If you continue to have issues relating to session times appearing incorrectly on the Fullmind LMS preventing you from joining a class session, please disable any active VPN's (Virtual Private Network) and check your computer’s local time zone to ensure that it is set correctly to your current time zone.
