How to Activate Guardian Text Alerts for Student Classes
Text alerts can be turned on for any guardian contact listed in the student's profile. We offer texts to alert the user of impending class start times, alerts if the student is late, and alerts if the student misses the class session. If the contact's phone number is incorrect, or if you would like to add another phone number to receive these alerts, please email the name, number, and email address of the person you would like to add as an additional contact to customersupport@fullmindlearning.com.
To turn on these text alerts, follow these instructions.
- Log in to your account at https://lms.fullmindlearning.com.
- Click your name at the top right of the page, then click "My Profile".
- Click the "Contacts" tab, and click the corresponding switches to the on position related to each contact and what type of texts you would like them to receive.
The three different alert types are as follows.
- Session Starting Text: Receive a text alert 3 minutes before the scheduled session starts.
- Late Session Text: Receive a text alert 3 minutes after the session has started, and the student has not joined.
- Missed Session Text: Receive a text alert after the scheduled session has ended, and the student was not in attendance.
