How to Enable Closed Captions in a Class Session (Student View)

Closed captions are a helpful tool for keeping up with what's happening in class. They allow you to read along or catch any details you might have missed, helping you stay focused and engaged.

How to Turn On Closed Captions

• Students can turn on closed captions during a class session by clicking the Closed Captioning (CC) icon located in the bottom-left corner of the presentation screen.

Changing the Caption Language

• To change the caption language:

  1. Click the caret (˅) on the bottom-right corner of the CC icon .

  2. Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu.

Viewing the Transcript

• To view the transcript of previously displayed captions, click on Closed Captioning Transcript on the left side of the presentation screen.
